WOMEN'S SUPPORT GROUP
September 25, 2023
This Women's Support Group helps women to explore the themes of embodiment, alignment, connection, meaningfulness, integrity and the authentic self. You will receive therapeutic guidance, information and support, and have opportunities to share, heal and grow in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Each registration cycle covers 6 consecutive Mondays. The next intake is for September 25, October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, 2023 from 6:30 to 8:30.
The following intake will be on November 6, 2023. You can register for multiple cycles to secure ongoing support. Space permitting, new members will be allowed to join with each new registration cycle.

BODY SPEAK ~ Authentic Movement Healing Practice
September 20, 2023
This class is a therapeutic movement lab and is intended for people who want to deepen their therapeutic movment practice, and focus on release and integration techniques, nervous system regulation, and authentic movement.
This is a safe, healing space where we can draw on the therapeutic quslities of movement, breath and connection.
This class is for people who are experienced and comfortable with a self-directed movement practice. There will be a brief opening circle to focus a weekly theme/technique, and a closing/sharing circle.
Please note: This class is not suitable for beginners.
Due to the studio's limited capacity (5 ppl.), this is a pre-registered class.

I'm available for in-person counselling, group therapy and breathwork sessions at my office in the Duncan Building at 119 West Pender Street in Vancouver, BC. The International Village offers free parking across the street.

Authenticity
Do you know your inner self? Do you trust what you sense and feel? Are you communicating your values, needs, priorities, limits and boundaries?


Connection
Are you feeling disconnected from others, the world, yourself, or something larger? Do you feel lonely, even around others? Is communicating hard?

Meaningfulness
Do you know why you are here? Do you feel lost? Does life feel pointless? What do you want to offer? Are you lacking passion or a sense of purpose?
